| Pomegranate Arils | a few |
| Fresh Mint or Rosemary | 1 sprig |
| Lime or Orange Slices | 1–2 slices |
| Fresh or Frozen Cranberries | a few |
Steps
- Fill glass (or pitcher/punch bowl 1/3–1/2 full) with ice.
- Add pomegranate juice, orange juice, and lime juice. Stir well to combine.3
- Pour sparkling water over the juice mixture.
- Garnish as desired and serve immediately.
-
Flavored seltzer (La Croix, Spindrift, etc.) works great. Ginger beer or ginger ale can be substituted for a warm ginger kick — adds a bit of sugar but lovely with the pomegranate and citrus. ↩︎
-
Adult version: Swap the sparkling water for prosecco or champagne. For something stronger, add 1–2 oz vodka (single) or 1 cup (pitcher) or 4 cups (punch bowl) and keep the sparkling water. ↩︎
-
Always mix juices before adding sparkling water to preserve the bubbles. Juices can be mixed ahead of time — add sparkling water just before serving. ↩︎
