Steps
- Add butter, heavy whipping cream and cream cheese to the sauce pan.
- Medium heat until melted.
- Add minced garlic, garlic powder, italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
- Stir until smooth.
- Add parmesan cheese.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 3-5 minutes or until thickened.
