| Cream of Mushroom | 1 can |
| Cream of Chicken | 1 can |
Steps
- Brown the ground beef and sausage. Breaking them into smaller pieces (think taco meat). Drain excess fat if needed. 2
- Chop the onion and simmer.
- Dice the bell pepper and simmer.
- Combine the cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, onion, bell pepper, ground beef and sausage.
- Mix until well combined.
- Add mixture (without the rice) into a 13x9 dish.
- Add the cooked rice.
- Cook at 300ºF for 1 hour or until heated through.
