| Light Brown Sugar | 1/2 cup |
| Vanilla | 1 tsp |
| Egg | 1 large |
| All Purpose Flour | 1 1/2 cups (180g) |
| Baking Soda | 1/2 tsp |
| Salt | 1/4 tsp |
| Chocolate Chips | 1/2 cup |
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350ºF
- Place small skillet over low heat and melt butter.
- Add sugar, brown sugar, beaten egg and vanilla. Mix well.
- Add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix until well blended.
- Add in chocolate chips and stire to evenly distribute.
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool 10 minutes.
- Cut into slices and top with vanilla ice cream.
