Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. (Optional) Line baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easier cleanup.
  3. Space out bacon strips on baking pan in a single layer, avoiding overlap.
  4. Bake at 400ºF for 25 minutes, or until bacon reaches desired crispness.
  5. Remove from oven and transfer bacon to a paper towel-lined plate or cooling rack to drain excess grease.
