Steps
- Put the cooking rack into the cooking pan and spray with non-stick spray (or grease the rack some other way).
- Put chicken on the cooking rack with skin up, evenly spaced so there is room to breathe between pieces.
- Spray chicken with the cooking spray and sprinkle the seasonings on the chicken, to taste.
- Preheat oven to 390ºF and cook chicken for about 45 minutes.
- Optional: Set oven to broil, move the chicken to the top of the oven and broil for 1-3 minutes until the skin is crispy.
- Remove when the thickest part of the chicken temps to 165ºF.
- Let stand for 3-5 minutes before serving.
