Powdered Sugar | 4 1/2 cups |
Whole Milk | 1/4 cup |
Vanilla Extract | 1/2 tsp |

Steps
- Cream sugar and softened butter.
- Add baking soda, vanilla and nutmeg.
- Add beaten egg.
- Alternate adding flour and folding in the sour cream.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour (make the frosting).
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Roll a piece the cookie dough to roughly 1/8" thickness. Use flour as needed to keep the dough from sticking.
- Use cookie cutters to cut the dough and place the cut cookie on the baking pan.
- Consolidate the dough scraps back into a ball, adding more dough as needed and roll out the dough as before. Repeat as needed.
- Bake at 350ºF for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are starting to brown and the center is set.
