A Simple Chili Dinner

Crushed Tomatoes | 28 oz (1 can) |
Dark Red Kidney Beans | 16 oz (1 can) |
Garbanzo Beans (chickpeas) | 16 oz (1 can) |
White Kidney Beans 2 | 16 oz (1 can) |
Chili Mix | 1 package |
Salt | to taste |

Steps
- Brown the ground beef. Breaking them into smaller pieces (think taco meat). Drain excess fat if needed.
- Toss in half of the onion and turn to low heat/simmer and cover for 15 minutes to get onion flavor in the beef.
- Add all the cans of tomatoes and chilli mix, simmer for 45 minutes.3
- Add everything else (remaining onion, bell pepper, beans (with liquid), salt, and pepper). Simmer for another 30 minutes.
