Steps
- Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- In a large bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
- Add cream and stir just until moistened.
- Drop by 1/4 cupful at a time onto a greased or parchment paper lined baking pan.
- Bake until bottoms are golden brown. About 17-20 minutes.
- Serve warm.
