Ingredients

Ingredient Quantity
Chicken Broth 64-96 fl oz
Diced Tomatoes 2 cans (do not drain)
Red Rose Wine 1/2 cup
Garlic 3 cloves
Small Onion 1/3 (to taste)
Large Carrots 3 sliced/diced
Medium Potatoes 4 cubed/diced
Cabbage ~1/3 thinly sliced/shredded
Kielbasa 1 sliced
Basil to taste
Pepper to taste

Steps

  1. Add 1/2 of the broth to a large stock pot and put on medium heat to bring to a simmer.
  2. Prepare and add ingredients in order listed adding remaining broth as needed to keep everything submerged.
  3. Once everything has been added, bring to a boil then set heat to low and simmer for a minimum of 2 hours.
