Large Eggs (boiled) 1 6
Mayonnaise 1/4 cup
Vinegar 1 tsp
Prepared Mustard 1 tsp
Salt 1/8 tsp
Pepper dash
Paprika for garnish

Steps

  1. Boil eggs, if needed. 1
  2. Peel the eggs and rinse them to get any lingering shell off.
  3. Carefully cut each egg in half and put the yolks in a small bowl. Set the cooked egg white halves to the side.
  4. Smash the eggs yolks with a fork.
  5. Add mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper together to the bowl with the egg yolks.
  6. Mix/whip the yolks and mayonnaise mixture until smooth.
  7. Use a spoon to place a generous portion of the mixture into an egg white half. Repeat with remaining egg white halves.
  8. Sprinkle paprika on the tops of each of the prepared eggs.

  1. To boil the eggs, place the eggs in a small stock pot. Cover with just enough water until they are submerged. Bring to boil and boil for 10 minutes. Use tongs to remove, immediately. ↩︎ ↩︎
