Steps
- Boil eggs, if needed. 1
- Peel the eggs and rinse them to get any lingering shell off.
- Carefully cut each egg in half and put the yolks in a small bowl. Set the cooked egg white halves to the side.
- Smash the eggs yolks with a fork.
- Add mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper together to the bowl with the egg yolks.
- Mix/whip the yolks and mayonnaise mixture until smooth.
- Use a spoon to place a generous portion of the mixture into an egg white half. Repeat with remaining egg white halves.
- Sprinkle paprika on the tops of each of the prepared eggs.
