Bag of Fresh Cranberries 2
Orange 2
Sugar 1 cup

Steps

  1. Pour one bag of cranberries in a medium saucepan.

  2. Zest and juice one orange. Then add to saucepan.

  3. Add sugar to saucepan and mix.

  4. Bring mixture to a simmer. Simmer 3 minutes.

  5. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

  6. Pour one bag of cranberries into a food processor.

  7. Cut one orange into 8 pieces with peel and add to food processor.

  8. Process until finely chopped.

  9. Combine the raw and cooled cranberry mixtures then put in the refrigerator.
