🎯 The idea

Every word has to start with the last letter of the word before it. cat → tree → egg → goat…
Keep it going as long as you can. Longer words are worth more.

🚫 The two rules

A word can only be used once in a chain, and it has to be one of our words — this game has its own dictionary, so some real words will not be in it.

🔗 You are never stuck unfairly

Before it answers, the game checks that the letter it leaves you still has words behind it. You will never be handed a letter with nothing left — that is not a challenge, it is the game running out and blaming you.
If it cannot find a word, you have stumped it and that is a win.

🙂 Levels

🌱 Sprout: pick your word from four, all of them right.
🧭 Scout: type it yourself, no clock.
🏆 Ace: type it, against the clock — which gets shorter as the chain grows and then stops getting shorter.
