How to play
- A sum flashes up. Tap the number pad and press β.
- Right in under 5 seconds moves that fact up. Slower than that moves it back down a step β you worked it out instead of knowing it.
- Getting one wrong sends it back to the start. That is fine! It will come round again soon.
- π My table shows every fact. Grey = not met yet, orange = getting it. Once you just know it, the faster you answer, the brighter it gets: teal under 5 seconds, green under 3, lime under 2, gold under 1Β½.
- π Bonds: the top number is the whole. Type the part that goes with the other one.
- For grown-ups: the ways to break a fact down use the commutative (turn it around), associative (double, double; make ten) and distributive (split a number) properties, without naming them.
- π¦ Count by: type the next number. Twelve in a row, counting up or counting back.
- β± counts up from the first card of each round. It stops while you break a fact down.
- β‘ Sprint is 60 seconds and the numbers keep growing forever. It has its own best score and never changes your table.
