🔨 The anvil

Tap anywhere on the smithy to hammer. Choose what the anvil makes under the picture: each thing is made from the things before it, and the anvil says when it needs something it does not have.

📜 Orders

The clans send orders, one after another. Tap 📦 Give to put what you have onto the order; when it has everything, it pays and opens something new.

🤖 Robots

The Mender rebuilds old robots from bolts. They hammer at the anvil for you, even while you are away. Ten Buzzers become one Grubber, and four Grubbers one Hauler: the bigger robot always does more.

🏭 The floor

A blueprint lays a line, and every line it needs, with one tap. Lines make things on their own. A line's lamp is green while it works and red while it waits for goods or room in the store.

🏗️ Building

In 🏭 Floor, tap 🏗️ Build. With ➰ Belt, tap a machine and then the machine that uses what it makes: a belt runs between them. A machine fed by belt with everything it uses works one and a half times as fast, and its lamp turns white. 🚚 Move puts a machine on another cell, and 🗑️ Take up lifts a belt, with half its price back. You never have to build: the blueprints reach every order.

🚶 Walking

Tap 🚶 to walk through the smithy at a child's height. Put a finger down anywhere and drag it up to walk, down to walk back, sideways to turn; lift it to stop. Two fingers look round. On a keyboard, W and S or the up and down arrows walk, and A and D or the side arrows turn. The stairs up to the floor are on the left. 🔭 goes back to the anvil.

🏛️ The hall of firsts

The Moot's order opens a hall on a new flat up the hill. On its plinths stands the first of everything you made and every robot the Mender rebuilt. Tap 🏛️ to see when each was made, or walk there.

🌙 While you are away

The smithy keeps working for up to 8 hours. Nothing is lost: a full store simply waits.
