Export writes every jar and every session to one file. That file is the only copy that survives clearing your browser data — and the only way to move your minutes to another device.
The chime sounds while the app is open and in front of you. Nothing here can interrupt a locked phone.
▶️ Start banks a stretch when you ⏹ Stop it; ⏸️ Pause keeps it going later. Add the ones you did not time. S starts and pauses, Ctrl+Z undoes.
A jar collects minutes. One per thing you are keeping time for — reading, piano, chores. Each jar has its own days, its own goal and its own history.
▶️ Start begins a stretch and ⏹ Stop banks it. Every stretch is its own session, so stopping and starting again is normal: the day's total adds them up. Only one jar runs at a time.
Minutes you did not time go in by hand, and they count exactly the same. Type 12, or 1:30 for an hour and a half.
The big number is today's total, rounded to whole minutes, with the exact time under it. Tap it to make the running stretch or the time left of the goal the big one instead. Copy total puts the whole number of minutes on the clipboard, ready for a form.
A stretch left running longer than the jar's longest session is not banked quietly. When you come back the app says how long it ran and asks whether to keep it, trim it, edit it or throw it away.
The words here are the ones on the buttons: a stretch is timed with ▶️ Start, not played.
Undo covers every change, including deleting a session or a whole jar, and it survives closing the tab.
Everything is stored on this device and nothing is uploaded. Use Export on the jar list to keep a copy you can restore or move to another device.
