A modifier is added to the total after the dice are added up. It changes nothing about the dice themselves.
Type it the way a rulebook writes it: 2d6 is two six-sided dice, d20 is one twenty-sided die, 4d6-1 takes one off the total. Anything from d2 to d1000, up to 20 at a time.

Export writes your saved sets and every roll you have counted to one file. That file is the only copy that survives clearing your browser data, and the only way to move them to another device.

Press 🎲 Roll. That is the whole thing. The dice tumble and land, and the big number is the total.
Tap a die to keep it. A kept die gets a gold rim and a 📌, and the next roll leaves it alone. Tap it again to let it go, or press 🔓 Free all. This is how you play Yahtzee, Farkle, or anything else where you roll again but keep your good dice.
Tap a die below the tray to put one in — d4, d6, d20, whatever the game wants. Tap it again for another. The little number on the chip is how many of that kind you have. Hold the chip down to add several at once, up to twenty dice in all.
Mix them freely. Three d4 and a d8 is fine — the notation at the top says 1d8+3d4 and the odds underneath know about all four.
To take a die out, press and hold it on the tray. On a keyboard, select it and press Backspace. The dice you already rolled keep their faces and the total drops the one you removed.
By type / Tap order just changes how the tray is arranged. It never changes what you roll.
Roll twice rolls the whole tray two times and keeps the better total, or the worse one. The total you did not get is shown beside it, crossed out.
⚙️ Settings holds the rest: a modifier added to the total, a box you can type 3d6+2 into, and names for the sets of dice you use most.
Every roll is counted. The filled bars are what you have actually rolled; the outlines are what the maths says should happen. Roll two dice fifty times and watch 7 pull ahead — that is not luck, and the outline knew it all along.
Everything is stored on this device and nothing is uploaded.
